1. About Cast Your Crew Cast Your Crew is an online platform that connects creative talent with job opportunities. Users can create profiles, post jobs, apply for gigs, and collaborate on projects. We are a platform provider only — we do not employ users or guarantee job outcomes.
2. Eligibility To use Cast Your Crew, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Use Cast Your Crew only for lawful purposes.
Be respectful and professional when interacting with others.
Provide accurate information in your profile and job postings.
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Not post or share any false, misleading, or harmful content.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards at our sole discretion.
5. Payments Talent Payments: Talent earnings and client payments are processed through third-party providers. You agree to comply with their terms and policies.
Service Fees: Cast Your Crew may charge service fees for certain transactions. These fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
6. Cast Your Crew’s Role Cast Your Crew is a platform provider, not an employer or agent of any user. We do not guarantee:
The quality, legality, or safety of jobs or services offered.
The accuracy of user profiles, portfolios, or job postings.
That users will complete any transaction or fulfill job terms.
All agreements and engagements are made directly between users. 7. Intellectual Property Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Cast Your Crew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content on the platform.
Platform Content: All rights to Cast Your Crew’s platform, design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers Cast Your Crew is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The information provided by users is accurate or reliable.
You use Cast Your Crew at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cast Your Crew and its affiliates will not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) Cast Your Crew.
Our total liability for any claim related to Cast Your Crew will not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
10. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cast Your Crew and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination You may stop using Cast Your Crew at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
