\n1. About Cast Your Crew\nCast Your Crew is an online platform that connects creative talent with job opportunities. Users can create profiles, post jobs, apply for gigs, and collaborate on projects. We are a platform provider only \u2014 we do not employ users or guarantee job outcomes.

\n2. Eligibility\nTo use Cast Your Crew, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
\n
\n3. Your Account\nAccount Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
\n
\nAccount Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
\n
\nAccount Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

\n4. User Conduct\nYou agree to:

\nUse Cast Your Crew only for lawful purposes.

\nBe respectful and professional when interacting with others.

\nProvide accurate information in your profile and job postings.
\n
\nNot impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

\nNot post or share any false, misleading, or harmful content.
\n
\nWe may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards at our sole discretion.

\n5. Payments\nTalent Payments: Talent earnings and client payments are processed through third-party providers. You agree to comply with their terms and policies.
\n
\nService Fees: Cast Your Crew may charge service fees for certain transactions. These fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
\n
\nRefunds: Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
\n
\n6. Cast Your Crew\u2019s Role\nCast Your Crew is a platform provider, not an employer or agent of any user.\nWe do not guarantee:\n\n
\n
\nThe quality, legality, or safety of jobs or services offered.
\n
\nThe accuracy of user profiles, portfolios, or job postings.
\n
\nThat users will complete any transaction or fulfill job terms.
\n
\nAll agreements and engagements are made directly between users.\n\n7. Intellectual Property\nYour Content: You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Cast Your Crew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content on the platform.

\nPlatform Content: All rights to Cast Your Crew\u2019s platform, design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

\n8. Disclaimers\nCast Your Crew is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.\nWe do not warrant that:

\nThe platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
\n
\nThe information provided by users is accurate or reliable.
\n
\nYou use Cast Your Crew at your own risk.
\n
\n9. Limitation of Liability\nTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Cast Your Crew and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

\nIndirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
\n
\nLoss of profits, data, or goodwill.
\n
\nDamages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) Cast Your Crew.
\n
\nOur total liability for any claim related to Cast Your Crew will not exceed the greater of \u00a3100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

\n10. Indemnification\nYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cast Your Crew and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

\n11. Termination\nYou may stop using Cast Your Crew at any time.\nWe may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.

\n12. Changes to These Terms\nWe may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Cast Your Crew after the changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.

\n13. Governing Law\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
